AASR Valley of New York City : Join/Get Involved

JOIN/GET INVOLVED

The first requirement in becoming a Scottish Rite Mason is that you must be a Master Mason in a recognized Masonic Lodge. In New York, membership in any of our Lodges that are under the Jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of New York are recognized.

If you're already a Master Mason, you may wish to petition Scottish Rite membership to further expand and enhance your Masonic knowledge. You can ask a Scottish Rite Mason for a petition, contact our Valley Secretary directly for information, contact your own Lodge's Scottish Rite Representative, if they have one, or you may download and print a petition from this page.

Online Membership Application

If you are not yet a Master Mason, please visit the Grand Lodge of New York website to find out more about how to join our fraternity. We are the oldest and largest fraternity in the world.

If you are a Master Mason and are a member of the Valley of New York City Scottish Rite and would like to volunteer and partcipate in any of the upcoming dramas, we would use your help. Please e-mail the Valley Secretary and let him know you want to get involved.
