AASR Valley of New York City : Passport Program

PASSPORT PROGRAM

The Passport Program was designed to supplement and support the new initiative to encourage each Valley to put on all the Degrees from the 4th to the 32nd over a period of several years - and especially to encourage our members to attend ALL the Degrees available to us.

Every member receives a 32nd Masonic Passport issued by the Supreme Council, 33, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Northern Masonic Jurisdiction, USA.

As a Brother attends each Degree, the page in his Passport representing that Degree will be stamped and dated.  Once the Passport is completed, it can be taken to the Valley Secretary, who will send it to the Supreme Council.  They will then send the Brother a Certificate attesting to the fact that he had seen every Degree in the Scottish Rite and thus benefited from all the Masonic light available to him in this Order.

Having this passport has enabled our Valley to partcipate in official visits and degree work with Valleys in Boston, MA; Reading, PA; and Rockville, NY over the past two years.

The Bodies of the Valley of the Scottish Rite, sitting in the Valley of New York City, State of New York, acknowledge and yield allegiance to the Supreme Council 33°, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry for the Northern Jurisdiction of the United States of America.
